"After our break in Portsmouth, we came back to such sunny weather and a glorious new patio, that we spent an unusually long time (for us) just languishing and enjoying the garden, with meals on the patio. Heaven.

Taking on a project like this is always a little daunting when you don't know anything about the company, but we were pleasantly surprised with the ease of the process from beginning to end. From the first contact with Dave, we were reassured we were in good hands. There was no pressure, and our wishes were listened to. There was no attempt to override our specified budget in fact quite the reverse, we were advised of costs and ways of saving from the start. If I had to use one word to sum up the beginning of this working relationship, it would be "trust".

We were consulted at every stage of the work, which meant we were able to see quite clearly what we had asked for, enabling us to make changes to our original specification as the work progressed. This proved to be a vital component to our project, as it prevented us, not the builders making a dreadful mistake. The out come of the change has been to give us much more space and access to the sun, pretty nearly all day.

The team were all a pleasure to have around. They consistently worked hard. They were friendly, business like and polite and worked skilfully as a team. One thing that out was not only were they happy in their work, they also took great pride in how it looked. The site was cleaned up to a high standard every evening.

Since the project has been finished, several of my neighbours have commented on how efficiently the project has been dealt with. All have referred to the cleanliness and that there were no problems with parking even though there was a need for the large trucks in the area.

We are thrilled with the new patio. The workmanship is of high quality. It was achieved in less than four days, there was no problems and through out we were able to be very relaxed about the whole thing. Couldn't ask for more. We would have no problem recommending "Outback" to future customers."
